- Booking information you submit through the Google Calendar link, such as contact details, availability, and meeting details.
- Technical information that is processed when you visit the site, such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, and request logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
The website does not offer user accounts or accept payments. It also does not include an on-site contact form.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule requested conversations.

Who receives information

The booking link opens a Google Calendar page. Information you submit there is also handled by Google under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those practices.
Analytics and browser preferences
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website performance and usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to collect its metrics and does not track individual visitors across websites.
The website does not use advertising cookies. If you choose a light or dark display mode, the site stores that preference in your browser’s local storage. The preference is not used to identify you or follow your activity across websites.
Tactivus does not use the website to collect information about your activity across third-party websites over time. The site does not use Do Not Track signals to change its information practices.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage a business relationship, comply with legal, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and protect our business. The appropriate period depends on the information and the purpose for which we process it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, email service, or transmission method is completely secure.
Your privacy choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you, subject to applicable law and any need to verify your identity and authority. California residents may also contact us with a privacy request under applicable law. We may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.
Do not include sensitive personal, financial, payroll, or client information in an initial email or booking request. If a prospective engagement requires that information, we will identify an appropriate channel with you.
